I have this Belly Dancing video a friend recommended, and I do it for 30 minutes, 2x a day.

I feel sweaty after I’m done each time… but is it really a good exercise? I’m still recovering and need to stick to something low-impact, but I want it to be effective.

I’ve been doing it for 2 days now. (Just started yesterday on the 1st.) will I see results if I keep at it, or should I try something else?

I am looking to tone up my arms, abs and legs.
